Wires and cables are made of an insulating layer, wrapping tape, plastic or rubber, and other materials. Among them, PTFE insulation film plays a role in tying the cables tightly to prevent the cables from being scattered. Improper selection can easily affect the strength and service life of the cables and might even cause fires due to short circuits and other reasons.

Storing Recommendations for Unsintered Tapes

For maximum shelf life, it is recommended that PTFE films are stored in a clean, temperature-controlled environment at or below 21C with relative humidity below 50%.

FAQ:

Customer: Is your ptfe film sintered?

Foreverseal: Yes, we have both sintered and unsintered ptfe film

Customer: How many workers do you have?

Foreverseal: Around 70 workers currently

Customer: What is PTFE?

Foreverseal: PTFE has amazing chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, strong acid and strong alkali resistance, water and various organic solvents resistance. PTFE has excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties.
